Could anyone tell me where the siren plug is on a 04 heritage classic. I installed the radio shack sirens (2) on my Ultra classic and they are louder than the factory. cost me 11.00. Now I want to put them on my buddies flstc.
Thanks in advance
The TSSM and siren mount just forward of the plastic access panel forward of the rear tire.
The easiest way to get to it is with the rear tire removed. But if you have patience and small hands you can get the panel out from the right side.
No need to remove the rear tire. All you need to do is remove the mud guard and you will have plenty of room to add the siren. You will see two bolts at the bottom of the mud guard, remove these bolts and then lift up on the mud guard to slip it off the notchthat holds it on at the top.Removing the saddle bag on the right side of the bike will also give you a little more space to work around. I added the siren on my '07' FLSTC a few weeks ago and it was a breeze.
