How do you remove the spash guard ?
I have an 08 Deluxe - and will be installing the security siren - looks straight forward ... but I can't seem the two bolts to take off the splash guard.
Any assistance appreciated.

just remove two bolts from the bottom,and lift it up, to get tab out of slot.. you may have to wiglle it around to clear the tire and frame.. If bolts are not coming out pull guard away as you loosen them...

I'm not positive, but if it's the same as the Fatboy the 2 bolts are facing the rear tire, if you put the bike it'll be easier to work on, but if you feel along the bottom \\; of the splash guard they should be about an inch or two from the bottom, hope that helps you out.
