Custom painter for a spoiler

I have a 2010 FLSFT in Black Ice Perl and would like to know if anyone knows where I can get this one little Spolier part painted in this custom color.
I live in North Jersey or I can ship the part.

You can buy the paint from Harley

You can buy the paint from Harley for $168 a quart, so I am thinking if a paint shop already has this paint they can paint my little part.
