CV carb problem
My '92 EVO CV carb spits gas out the ventura under a load, ie. 70mph in 5th gear. when running easy it doesn't happen. I have tried 3 dif. carbs and they all do the same thing. I have set the float by the book and reduced the float level down a little a couple of times, no change. Any Ideas?
U might Ask this in the EVO section... they might be able to help U better and faster.
No more time than U spend in here U may not even know there is one so I'll post the link for Ya..

Do you have straight pipes on it. Sounds like reversion, it is a pressure pulse reflecting back to the cylinder. Normally seen on long straight pipes, could also be rpm dependent on a particular cam grind, late closing intake timing.
Stock mufflers on down pipes that were shortened about4". I don't know anything about the motor. The bike was a basket job with no idea about mileage or mod's., comp. was right on. Seems stock as far as the power and the way she runs. I have put about a thousand miles on it, runs good.
