Default Three plugs

In my 2006 Heritage Classic, there are actually three plugs. One is the oil plug, as identified in the owner's manual. The other two are within two inches from each other. one higher than the other. If one is for the sump, what is the third for?

Why would anyone ever try to remove that plug? It's a dry sump oiling system, there's not going to be very much oil in there. Drain the OIL TANK lol.

Yes, you would know. And if you find an oil spot, you'll know where it's coming from.
