Heritage Saddlebag lower clip missing

One of the lower clips on my saddlebags is missing. Previous owner said his dog chewed it off.

Anybody know where I can get a replacement without buying a whole new bag? It's completely gone. Need new clip, leather loop and rivet.

Found some on fleabay, not sure how extensive the damage is (is the rivet holding the buckle to the bag missing too, or just the plastic buckle?) but here's something to lead you in the right direction:

Harley makes a repair kit that has everything you will need...just have to ask the right parts guy to get it!

Thanks very much. The bottom strap is completely gone. Apparently his dog ate it. Must have been a big dog. I need the rivet, strap, buckle, the whole shebang. I thought the repair kit only had the fasteners in it but I never went to the dealer about it.

I'm missing the exact same thing on my old stock Heritage bags. I'll hit the dealer up for the repair kit so I can throw them up (*urp) on ebay.

So from what I can tell, the "saddlebag repair kit" p/n 88272-06
is just rivets and washers. Is there another kit that contains the clip and leather loop?
