Try C & C Seats www.ccseats.com. I like mine better than my Corbin Gunfighter and Lady, I can go 200 miles with out a break

I'm glad to hear that. I just bought a solo from them; it should be arriving on Monday.

Thanks for the heads up on C&C. Really like the looks of the seats they have.

Any comments on fit and finish and also durability?

djohnston,
Did you receive the seat? If you have could you comment on it? I am looking at possibly getting one and would like a little more feedback before doing so. THANKS!

Yes, it arrived on Monday. It looks good, and is comfortable when I sit on it in the garage. But it's a little too cold to take it for some hard miles up here in Minnesota. I hope to have some good news to report this spring.

I would like to add that they are great to deal with, turnaround time was fast, and shipping was free.

Here is a web site that takes your seat, removes the cover and installs new foam, custom fitted, memory foam is a n option. Prices are good and turnaround is 3 to 5 days. I have not seen their work but am still checking them out. I f anyone has used them please let us know.

Speedy,

My wifes boots melted on my pipes as well. I got the pipes hot and took a bunch of rags and it wiped right off. The little bit left came off with WD-40 sprayed on clean rags, then cool down and chrome polish.
Good to go...

Or for the boots on pipe, heat up the pipes, spray easy off oven cleaner on a towel or rag, and wipe pipes. Then polish easy off off of chrome. I have not ried it, but read about it on here and most say it works well...
