Default A serious problem(starter?!)

Hello.I have a serious problem on a Fatboy Lo 2011, TC96. The bike doesn't start, when i push the start button it goes crrrak and it fails. I thought: that's the battery so i used cables to make a bridge with my car: well after 5 minutes "charging" it starts. I made 15 miles driving than stopped. The day after it starts normally. Other 10 miles than home. The day after it doesn't start: crrrak. Ok i'm scared it's a starter problem so i look at the DCT. Here's the answer: ECM N / BCM N / SPDO N / ABS Y / C1094 / PN31852-11A. Can anyone help me solving this rebus, please?! I'm getting mad...Even my mail: acronim25@hotmail.com.Thanks

I would check how tight the battery cables are first and then the ground to the frame. Then i would check out this.

OH, that's pretty good, but my problem is the ECM N / BCM N / and the Part Number 31852-11A...I just can't find anything on the web about that...THX

Your problem sounds similar to the problem I just fixed. Sometimes it would start just fine then other times the starter would start to engage then it sounded like a bunch of gears not meshing. It turned out to be the starter clutch but I elected to replace the starter with an aftermarket one off ebay.

Take it to the dealer that's what the warranty is for.

Why buy a starter or a battery if HD will for you?

For sure, i won't buy the starter but surely the battery is not included in the warranty spare parts...it's kinda hard to get the battery for free...Beside, i'm in Italy and we have some problems with the dealers. But i just hope it's a battery failure

Could be a dead cell in the battery, only way to tell is to get the battery tested

If you can jump it off, and it doesn't do it, it is a battery.
