The earlier ones had issues with the lights going out. I have the black ones on my FB and love them. Really improves the look, I think. Wife wants the chrome set for her Heritage (Christmas present in waiting).
Not sure how they'd look with your paint job, though....
I had the Kury ones above, but having to keep the "key" available to open it was kind of a bummer and the damn things started to rust in just a few months. So far, 2 years in and the HD flush mount work well.
they take 10 minutes to install..mine have worked for the better part of 2 years now.. but yeah, they only come in gloss black or chrome, and IMO the gloss black sticks out too much on the denim paint.. but it's your choice. i like mine
Have the Kuryakn one. Not sure if they have one in black if you're looking for that....
I currently have the old (unreliable) LED style......I like them allot but a few of the LED's have failed after 4+ years. I was going to replace the one side but I like the look of these. Have any pics of the Kuryakn on your bike?
I installed the HD flush mounts and like them a lot. Quick and easy install; and IMO they make the tank look a bit better. So far no problem with the LEDs but it has only been a few months since I've installed them.
