Default Instrument panel

Guys I am new and don't have a service manual yet, but have a question on the instrument panel on a 06 nigh train. The rubber gasket under seems to be out of line and I need to lift it up and fix the gasket. Can you tell me how to do this. I see a **** on the top- do you just loosen this and the panel comes up?

Yep, just that one acorn nut gets the whole thing off. Dealerships seem to have a knack for not lining it up right LOL

The rubber gasket is only attached to the console at the front of it. Use some clear silicone alone the gasket to keep it in place.
