New Pipes - Old Fatboy
Does anyone know if the stock Fatboy Lo exhaust (pipe+mufflers) would fit on my '04 Fatboy? I found the Lo exhaust on ebay - and thought it would good on my old bike. Has anyone tried fitting newer pipes on an old 88 CUI?

IMHO not, due to the larger rear tire.

Lets put it this way.. I took a V&H exhaust from a 2000 Nighttrain and bolted it up to my 2010 Lo, all i had to do was make some 1/8" spacers for the mounting bracket to ensure I had clearance from the swingarm. Yes they will fit, but you may have to do some fiddling with the frame bracket, that's all. also, if your '04 isn't fuel injected, you'll need some O2 port sensor plugs for the holes on the pipes.
Btw..how much are they asking for the exhaust? I've got my stock exhaust from my '10 Lo up in my attic with only 700 miles on it, maybe I can make you a better deal.

Even if Ur bike is FI the new pipes may have the newer smaller 02's size holes.
As said above they will fit the motor, but ??? on the mounts.
Do a cross reff in some aftermarket books to see if the pipes fits the yrs of the pipes Ur looking at.
