Nice bike Finmad!
Are those Exile bars and controls? Is the that a twist clutch?
How does the front brake work?
Please post up some details!
I built the bars but thicker 1.25",they are modeled off 1" HD hollywoods.
Internal Throttle and Internal Clutch by Exile
The front brake is integrated with the rear on a 3/4" master and double banjo bolt.
It looks like it is ridged mounted, but I wanted the swing arm to move. I made some thin metal sleeves at the bottom that the bar rides in. Can't really tell unless you get down there and really look. I like how the rear sissy bar follows the springer angle. The fender looked like it was floating in space without it. I found this cool 1/2 round 5/8" stainless steel bar stock. I got the wide profile look with out having a 5/8" round bar stock.all the way. I think it is the best of both worlds.
so the sissy bar does move with the awing arm. Thanks. Still nice though.
I too have some 1/3"x 2'6" stainless rod stock I'm savin for this.
Just haven't yet settled on a design.
I like what Burly does with theirs, but they no have a thing for softies like me

No the bar stays stationary, hard bolted to the fender.
