Default Dead Creek Lowering Kit? anyone use these?

Looking to lower my herritage and seen this kit. Anyone like or dislike this kit? Does the ride suck or is it made cheap? Looks easy to install but wondering if there is a down side to these.. Thanks Going drop in progressive in the front

I did the 1.5 drop on my bike and like it a lot. The ride is just a bit harder but not by much. Here is great thread on the kit from 2 weeks ago. Lots good info there. https://www.hdforums.com/forum/softa...-2-or-2-a.html

Do it, you won't regret it. Very easy to install, the ride doesn't change at all (for me) and looks great!

I run the 2" drop kit from them. I love it. For the money this kit can't be beat IMO. handling is slightly better for me. Ride is stiffer but not terribly so. I have not had my wife on it yet which will be the ultimate test but I can say that it looks and rides nice.

Very easy to install too as long as you have a bike lift and a second jack comes in handy to lift the rear tire and release the tension in the shocks.

Super Fast Shipping! I will be installing my set either tonight or friday night.... still debating on the 1.5 or 2inch..... it looks to be about a 20 minute jobber...here are the parts.

I got them on monday, and have been at my work desk all week waiting to take them home on a night where I know the OL doesnt realize I am doing more than just "cleaning" the bike!!

Hopefully she doesnt notice the "improved" ride conditions.. or mayben she will and I can cruise solo more often!

I just bought a set from the company that actually makes them. Especially after I heard they hand delivered them to another member when they were in AZ. I like to support people like that.

Can't wait to get them on...
