Nice sled, and great taste in bars! If you thought those were tough to wire, try puttin you're brake line and throttle cable in 'em!

Other than Exile (great company, great product, and Russell is a stand up dude!), not sure on custom wheel manuf. I'm running a 16x3 front with a 150 tire on it, pretty sure the biggest tire you can fit on that size rim is a 160 Metz. Switching to that next change, but I'll have to run a rear tire up front since no one makes a 160 front. With a spacer change to center the tire, I think a 180 is about the max for these front ends, a 200 would be pushin it but might fit. Good luck, keep the pics coming, love the direction this is headed!

your bike looks great. i have a 2012 fatboy lo and am considering new bars. just a little apprehensive on what would feel good to me. kind of expensive to try one and then don't like it.

The bike is looking great. I would love to change my rear fender but I do ride two up now and then with my daughters so that is out for now.

I've been toying with the idea of running a 150x18 up front next time I buy tires. I may get my buddy to widen my front fender if needed but I think shaving the lip off the inside of the fender will be enough.

Is there anyone making a 150x18 front tire, or is running a rear on the front the best option?
