1) if the 05 is Carb'd (i dont remember when HD went straight EFI on all bikes), you'll need to remove the O2 sensor plugs on the blackline. If the 05 is EFI, you'll need O2 sensor adapters since the 2012's O2 sensors are a different size than the 05's
2) You'll need to make a spacer that is about 1/8" for the frame bracket to ensure clearance from the frame. (then again, maybe not since the Blackline uses a narrower tire). The pipes will line up on the motor, and the frame bracket will line up fine.
So your biggest thing is the O2 sensors. However, if you use something like a PCV, which in the directions even says to remove the O2 sensors, then you'll be fine.
