No offense to anyone on these forums, but sometimes it's a guess. I'd like to say I can say some figures from memory, but nobody's perfect. Unless you're looking at the number, I wouldn't trust even myself.

I'd suggest you get your own service manual... it will pay for itself 10x over in the first year, and continue to do so as long as you own the bike.

Can't find torque values for the floor boards or passenger pegs in the 2007 or 2009 manual ... they are just simple bolt on items. Judge how much power it takes to unbolt them and go by that.

I've had mine off a couple of time and never bothered with torque on those things. I just do "snug" ...

For the exhaust this is what is in the 2007 manual, is same in the 2009 one and most probably same for 2012 models:

Tighten the exhaust system as follows:

a. Tighten the top nut of the front cylinder head
exhaust flange to 9-18 in-Ibs (1.0-2.0 Nm). Tighten
the lower nut to 100-120 in-Ibs (11.3-13.6 Nm).
Final tighten the top nut to 100-120 in-Ibs
(11.3-13.6 Nm).

b. Repeat the previous step on the exhaust flange nuts
of the rear cylinder .

All fastener torques are in the manual. Some torques are called out in the assembly instructions because it is a special torque for that part, the remaining torques are in a chart that lists the torques by fastener size, thread pitch, and type of nut/bolt.

I just installed pipes on my '12 fatboy and I have the service manual. I can confirm that the quoted values are correct. May I also suggest you buy a 1/2 inch swivel socket because it's a tight squeeze to get at some of the exhaust flange bolts.

Passenger footpeg bolt 25-30 ft lbs. I suggest using blue locktight as my peg loosened up almost immediately even though I torqued to specs. I don't see a torque value for the right footboard pivot screws.

BTW, some of the responses to the OP are just pathetic. If you don't have the correct answer to a question, is it really necessary to post a response that doesn't help at all? Even worse is when someone posts "Why don't you buy the manual?" Geez, just help the guy out. Ok, rant over

BIGBLOck, if you have any other qustions just ask!
