Bought a used gas tank off Craiglist and ordered front and rear finder. Going to paint the tins myself (black, wild cherry pearl). It will be a great project for the winter.

All I have planned is to get my fairing painted to match the bike. Then I'm going to add a Streetglide engine guard & add a set of painted lowers to the guard. Other than that, probably just a good thorough cleaning..

Never thought of that, sounds good. Would like to see a pic of that.

I'm hoping to have time to make a stand for the bike in the near future. All depends on my work load, the side work is starting to increase. Need to pull the tins and clean it all up before it gets too cold.

I will get some pics next time I see her...my buddy just finished his Garagemahal man cave and had an extra stall for the chrome pony...free heat and beer, couldn't turn it down.

BTW I take my daughter to the park all the time, I never see the green meanie out in the driveway? You gotta show that thing off..lol

Been working screwy hours. We were running 2 shifts of 12 hrs down in flatrock. Lucky me, I was on 7p to 7a shift for a couple weeks. Really sucked when we had that nice day because I had to haul my tools out. My buddy has a cow glide heritage and we were planning on riding out there.

It's funny whenever I have to pick up one of my girls from school. None of the parents knew I rode. Funny how they all want to talk about the bike when they see it.

Nothing major. Mo engine rebuild or anything like that. I'm working on a custom made air cleaner cover, blind spot mirrors, and locking lower fairing covers.
