Riser extensions for FXSTC?

Does anyone make 2" risers extensions for the stock 2007-2010 Softail Custom stock handlebar setup?

I would like to be about 1.5" to 2" higher but would rather not change the bars.

You'll be able to find some. Check your local Indy store. Mine out here has em. I think they are Custom Chromes. I can check.

The tallest I've seen in that style is the Novello 1.5" (below). I have the 1" version on my FXSTB.
