Some other mods U could do.
Added the bigger pillion seat and Touring sissy bar pad with studs for the wife along with the FB's. The stud's on them flow than the stock stuff, IMO.
A rear fender mud flap with studs also look good on a Heritage.
Mirror extenders are really a nice add on too. They moved the mirrors out past my shoulders to see better behind me.
Didn't see smoked turn lens on Ur list either.
Of course I like fringe so I've added quite a bit of that.
I added studs to the tank guard and wrapped the edge's of the front and rear floorboard with leather and studs. Also made fringe for the saddle bags, All the added leather work I bought an ELK Hide and done it all myself.
Also covered the tank dash with Deer skin so it don't glare anymore and I cut down the stock pillion seat to make me a backrest for solo ridding out of it.
Then covered it and put studs on it to match the bag tops.
Lastly, Cams, SERT and dyno tune,, Made a Really Big difference. With them she runs better all around, starts better, runs cooler, better fuel mileage.
Bottom line is it don't take much to add up to $4-$6K in add ons and Engine work..
Really it's hard to see all the Money some spend VS those who spend $2-$4 K on Rims, pipes, bars, and lowered. These type of mods Stick out there and is easy to see. Hard to a $2-3K in engine work, but its worth is to me.
With backrest I made for solo ridding.

Set up for 2 up ridding with wife. 2yrs ago, before I re-did all the leather work on her with the ELK skin.

Deer skin Dash pannel insert cover I made.

Top view of solo seat to show how it matches the bags..
