I tend to agree, I have had many comments on the lines on my bike as it sits now. I won't completely discount the possibility until I see more pictures but I'm not all warm and fuzzy over the idea as of now. More pictures please.
tbone, I think our only options are seriously stretched rear fenders!
a little different but i have been looking at splitting a Deluxe rear fender & making it wider to accomdate a wider tyre & useing the Fatboy fender struts
i spoke with Fireman in regards to doing the fender & he suggested it may be easier to use a Fatboy guard & lengthen it
this will be on a 2013 built bike with the bolt on rear guard struts as i dont like to cut any of the frame
i would be interest in hearing others thoughts on this option

How wide did you need the fender to be? I have been looking at wider Deluxe looking fenders. I got ideas rolling around in my head too LOL
I agree Benway, a stretched rear fender, possibly a front too are about the only options I have the way I see it. I have been talking to a guy here, guess who, about that very thing but this will be a project to get done over this coming summer, have it ready for paint for my next winters mods which will just be stretched fenders and paint. Do you guys with the bigger tire and wheel kits notice a drag down on power with trying to turn these bigger wheel kit's? Is it harder to get these things rolling, a noticeable difference from stock wheels and tires? What is the biggest tires that will fit on stock 16" wheels? I think a Deluxe looks best with the 16's but I seem to be a minority when it comes to that thought process!

i know the 2012 - 13 build Deluxe have the same swingarm as the Fatboy & that the Fatboy fender struts will bolt right up so widening the fender to 9.25" the same as whats on the Fatboy should allow for fitment of a tire up to 200mm
its odd typeing here about a fender as here in Australia we call them "Guards" or "Mud Guards" as for the rubber here its Tyre :-)

I was told that the swingarms are the same width from 07 on up, but you'd have to measure to be sure.
