yeea man, I wonder what did you think of the wind vest ? did you get much buffeting from under the windshield as I get from the HD ones ? also what broke it ?

Thanks , accually it was 2 years ago , when I got back from Reno I was Cleaning it and Noticed a little Crack by the mounting hole , took the windvest off and all the mounting holes had little Cracks in-um . Think I Tighten them up to much . So don't use it no-mo I'd hate to see it fall apart at 70 goin down the Freeway ..

The WindVest just helps keep some of the wind off your Chest and Hellmut .. yes wind still came up from under .. mostly used it fur hiway ridin Long trips , it Help alot ..
I'm just west of you, did a ride towards the coast it was a little chilly.
Great ride from the Livermore area across the Dumbarton Bridge, to the 101, to the 84 then up Old La Hondra Road (what a small winding road), then to Skyline.
Headed back via 35 to 92 across San Mateo Bridge, through Hayward to the 580.
100 mile trip, about 40 degrees, 2.47gallons.
Nice , I use ta live in Santa Cruz and ride up and down Skyline stop at Alice's fur some Refresments .. Bought my Bike from Peninsula Harley to bad they had to Close .. Sounds Like you Got to Cross the Bridges fur _FREE_ too ...
