Sorry guys, but I don't think " it's normal". At least not on a balanced 'B' motor. I have an 06 EFI Deuce, my buddy has an 01 carb Deuce. Neither of us have any vibration what so ever in our mirrors, at any speed or RPM. I agree with Streeteagle. Do you have a tuning issue, maybe a front wheel slightly out of balance?
Not sure on either I just picked up from dealership about 3 months ago and I noticed it when I rode it home and by the way they checked my trade in out I wouldn't think it would b a mechanical issue. Man they picked my trade apart and I also had them again inspect this one also . I was just thinking that it is because there are no rubber mounts on risers. Engine runs very smooth and front end seems smooth also .

Of course they'd pick your trade apart, wouldn't (didn't) you when buying a used bike. I have no idea who the dealer is, but I'm pretty sure they'd give their bike a clean bill of health prior to the sale. Do I sound cynical? Yeah, a little bit. But most vehicle sales people will do what's needed to make a good sale/trade.
So far you have had 3 Deuce owners tell you that their bike has no mirror vibration issue. An out of balance wheel/tire doesn't vibrate at all speeds/rpm's. There's a certain range where it will show up more noticeably. That may be what's happening on your bike. It's cheap and easy to check/fix.
Edit: Just had a thought. The risers of the Deuce have bushings located in the triple tree. If those are defective/loose it would cause a vibration. http://www.jpcycles.com/product/5000796
Put some Dyna Beads in it. Won't hurt and can certainly help.
Well my bars have no give what so ever it is if the risers are bolted directly to triple tree.I will certainly check that in the morning . I can unbolt bars and check bushings. If its an engine issue I am glad I purchased the extended warranty it may come in handy after all .

Good idea. Check it out and then take it back to the dealer and have them check it. Good thing you got the warranty, now make sure they fix it.
A Deuce should have clear mirrors, if it doesn't there's a problem somewhere.
I have a quick question . Does anyone have a fix for mirrors vibrating on a deuce ? I have no idea how to stop or at least make it some better last bike had rubber mounted bars . I am wondering if I can get rubber mounts for the deuce ? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated .
Also agree should be no vibration. I went from an 03 sporty with drag bars mirriors were useless... to my 07 deuce and its same at idle or at 90 love it
