I love the old school original triumph motorcycle and not to be confused with today's triumph motorcyles. I love the old school cafe style motorcycle. Can't wait to see her all cleaned up.

Cool bike.
One thing tho your going to have to get use to the reverse foot controls mostly in a panic stop, your going to hit the rear brake and end up down shifting. Learned from experience on a Bulltaco Pursang.

I appreciate the concern. First I got to get her running, then I'll have to get used to the controls!!

You think the Triumph takes some getting used to, try an old '20's Indian Scout. Throttle on left grip, spark advance on right grip, hand shift, foot clutch, etc.

Now that took some getting used to, too!!

Nice find. I love my Triumph. I say keep it as stock possible and enjoy it. Definitely a different ride than the softail.

That thing is is gonna be a hoot! After I win the lotto, I would love to mess around with one of those or a Norton of the same vintage. Keep us posted on it.
