So thinking of getting rid of the stock deuce bars, and putting a set of T-Bar drag bars on it.
So some suggestions, what is all needed in the swap?
I want to come up an inch or two and possibly back about the same. Im 6'0. also thinking of adding either hiway pegs, or doing +2 or +3 forward control extentions. my knees feel cramped with the stock peg location.
So as bars as bars, what brand are you guys using?
Extended wires? Cables? ETC?
If i do thru the bar mounting, is there an easy way? or is it cut and splice back together? Just some basic info/pics of this.
Mine are 8" up and 4" back. Don't know what brand as they came on the bike. 1 1/4 dia. Through the bar wiring, which can be done with your cables, just a bit of work. I just put on stock length throttle and idle cables with no problems. Love the look.
