Looks good, you may want to condition the bags. Will need to search for the procedure, but they can be brought back with a thorough water soaking and leather conditioner. Then look at Papa Bags support system. You will like the Heritage

Cheers yeah ive made some plastic inserts to go in the bags so they regain their shape and ive got some leather treatment so hopefull they will look good again

Love our heritage, as I am sure U will..

But, I've never seen a set of bags in that bad of condition.

A lot of leather conditioner and some time spent on them with some bag braces would help for sure.

Being that bad of shape U may not get the Saggy bags kit to work.. might try Got PaPa bags kit.
