Cheers yeah ive made some plastic inserts to go in the bags so they regain their shape and ive got some leather treatment so hopefull they will look good again

Love our heritage, as I am sure U will..

But, I've never seen a set of bags in that bad of condition.

A lot of leather conditioner and some time spent on them with some bag braces would help for sure.

Being that bad of shape U may not get the Saggy bags kit to work.. might try Got PaPa bags kit.
