DKCustoms .. check the Coil Relo kit effect.. CRAZY I love it.. you guys sitll owe me a refund for the two defective horns.. though.. please tell the bean counters to be nice.
But .. again.. the photos speak volumes of how clean the coil relo worked.
I agree on the coil relocation.... one of the best things you can do to the bike, makes it look SO much cleaner behind the rear cylinder.
I LOVE that paint job man.... one day I will get mine painted...but not sure if I can part with my bobtail.

Hahaha, I miss the Bobby.. he is kinda sad in my garage (probably like the toys from toy story ).
When you decide to paint, I do highly recommend Adam from TimeWarp Choppers.
The photos are just 10% of how amazing this metalflake Red is.. INSANE .. I have to force myself to look at the road and stop glazing at this pretty gas tank in front of me

I bet! I can only imagine how beautiful it is in person. I will definetly look him up when I decide to paint. Do you mind telling how much it was?
Very nice - bike really turned out nice - paint looks even better on bike. Been thinking about a coil relo kit also, but I want to keep horn cover and want to make sure coil will fit under it. Did you have to pull exhaust, tank, etc to install relocation kit?

I have seen others put their coil under the cowbell. I did not pull the tank to install my coil recoil. No reason to pull the exhause either. I did unbolt my tank and kinda prop it up so I could get the coil cord up against the backbone.

The coil relo was one of the most obvious mods, My tank was off anyways which was good because I tucked in 2 horns, 1 on front tubes and 1 under tank (there was a post here on how this was done.
But generally what others are saying you do not need to take tank off.
As for Horn Cover.. well. I did use my coil cover (took pictures but cell phone was stolen, Windows VM broke down so I can't transfer from Camera, yeaaa kinda of an interesting day here ).
Finally recovered from the disastrous week end where I lost both my Cell and my Digital Camera, now I have a new Digital Camera, thought I try to show some pics of the Paint..
which still looks 100 times better in person
