Since I am a new owner of a 93 Softail, I thought I would join the forum to gain from the vast knowledge that this sites members have to offer.
My right signal has stopped working, I followed the trouble shooting in the manual. Pulled the plug from the TSM and checked voltage and was getting 12V at the connector when the switch was pressed. According to the manual this means a faulty TSM, replace, so I did. This did not fix the issue, bye bye $125.
I am fairly confident it's not the right signal switch, if I turn on the left blinker and hit the right side swich it cancels the left. This is what's supposed to happen right? I have swapped out bulbs from either side, they're not an issue. Kind of at a loss of what to try next, anyone?

Thanks!!
Replace bulb in r/f signal lamp and then unplug your rear fender tip lite and try the signal again. re-post if that fixes it. replace your fender tip light assy.

Thanks Checkers,
I swapped the bulbs from working left side to right.
Didn't see where I could "unplug" the rear tip light.
The tip light bulb was toast so I tried swapping it with the good bulb from the front and without a bulb, no luck.

If you replace the rear fender tip light, it will likely fix your problem. Seldom the front fender tip light is the issue, but possible. Rear light is often the issue.

Are you saying I should replace the rear tip light assembly even if it is working?
Sorry, it's my first HD. Love working and learning on it though.

The rear fender tip light on Heritages are notorius for causing front t/signal issues. I was hoping you could just unplug it and take the ***'y out of the circuit to try it before installing a replacement. Several other area's can be suspect, but this is where I would go first.
