Default Looking to rake front end...help questions

So I have a 2009 Nightrain that I'm wanting to rake the front end. I am wanting to do this through the triple trees and forks only.I do not want to cut the neck on my bike. I need some honest feedback as to which supplier...as this is not a cheap thing to do. I"m not looking to rake the living **** out of it. Just want the bike to sit level and with a little rake to the front end.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Have u checked out these folks? They are the ones I'd go with if I were to go that direction.
