The bags are Harley's leather throw-over saddle bags. I had them cut and seamed to length; and use a bib from Timber Wolf to hide the seam.

Here's the Bowman guys. I got the type that will take the HD pad. (Pad to come)

I had Bowman cut the bar down 2 inches from stock. Just a personal preference. And I asked them to lean the bar back a few extra degrees. They did both free of charge. Install wasn't easy. Wasn't terribly hard either.

so, where did you end up gettin the sissy bar from (link)? looks great.
