2005 Heritage Exhaust
Anyone have any experience (Good or Bad) with COBRA Speedster Short Exhaust System with Powerport for 2005 Heritage. Have 300 miles on her and want to order the exhaust ASAP. Plan on installing them myself, any advice? Thanks

I don't have any experience with the stuff you listed, but went with the HD stuff on my 2005 Heritage... Screamin' Eagle II slashdown pipes, the free flowing air cleaner, and the Stage 1 EFI flash. It no longer sounds like a chirpy VW bug and it now has more get-up-and-go.
The sound is just what I wanted... Louder, yet mellow. It has the HD rumble now, which turns heads and brings a grin to all of my friends when I crank her up.

My biggest problem with the stock exhaust is the wimpy soud and when I hit 30 mph and above I can't hear the revs to tell when to shift. Without the exhaust noise, no tach and very little vibration, I'm lost. lol
