Default Catylitic Converters started when?

Would a 07 Deluxe have Cats in mufflers, or just baffles?

I think they started in 06.

Didnt they put them in the mufflers before they put them in the head pipe?

I thought that depended on the model. Some had them in the muffler, some in the head pipe. This is educated guessing here.

2010 cats in the muffler. Only the touring bikes have the cat in the head pipes

I have 2007 from a Deluxe that has the cat welded to the baffle.

Only because yours is a California bike. The other 49 states 07's did not have cats.
