looks a lot like my winter project! I currently have my lowers off being powder coated along with the front and rear wheels. I picked up a set of spoke 16" rear, 21" front to be powder coated and ditched the current setup I had (18" spoke front, 17" duece rear)

I did the progressive bolts for lowering. I think i'll go a tiny bit lower but i wanted to see if it settled at all after a ride... Might even get a ride in Sunday for the first time this season; its supposed to be 60 here in MD!

I liked the bobtail fender but just needed a change....
