can anyone tell me what fender this is?

 

The way it looks, it could just be a stock fender thats been cut.

 

+1, I would say its either a chopped fatboy fender with just the actual struts (no covers) or MAYBE a RSD

 

i was thinking it was a stock fender as well, with the fender mounted lower in the struts so it sits over the wheel better.... those struts are following the top of the fender. i know most people would cringe at the thought of someone making a '11 xbones look like that guys bike, but i've always loved the rat bike look. not saying im gonna do that to mine, but i do like it. seems like rat bikes are the ones that have the biggest crowd around them at laconia bike week every year
