Im thinking of changing my emblems on my bike I was leaning towards the black and white ones but think one with a little red in them would look better so theres a little contrast and would work well with the dark red pinstrip
Hey again jokr. Hey, listen. My comment goes here only with a little difference. I am actually thinking of pulling my tank badges and running without any along with all my winter mods too. What do you think? I guess if it doesn't look good I can stick them right back on. Stay tuned.
I have a black and white Heritage but the colors are reversed compared to your Deluxe. My emblem is on a white background and yours is on a black background. I have the gunsight emblem that was standard back in '61 - '62. It is black lettering on a white backgound which would stand out on your tank.
Sorry, this is the closest picture I have right now
I agree with jam that your current emblem is nice. Let us know if you decide to change it and what you went with.
I like the nostalgic theme so I switched to these. They are a popular alternative to the stock badges as apparent to all of the pictures of bikes here with them.
Nice bikes with cool badges, I really like the both of them. I don't know why but I am pretty sure I want to see my bike with no badges on my tank. I think with everything else that is getting done to my bike this winter, everything that has already been done to my bike that I think it might look good. I have a 2nd tank for when I get my bike painted next winter but still, it's not on the bike so it's not the same to just look at to try to get an idea. I don't know why but I think with the other lines on the bike it may make it look longer and lower without them on my tank. We'll see soon enough I guess.
.
Changed em on my Slim to play up the vintage vibe. Very happy with it. People compliment them all the time. Trick is to get the ones that work with your stye bike and color scheme. That was 58 Panhead emblems for me.
