Congrats on the new Fatboy. I've always thought V&H Big Shot Staggered pipes look great on a Fatboy.

I'll try and post a few pics here in the next day or day, but just wanted to say thanks for all the advice, etc in the previous thread.

One other quick thing, and I know it's rather subjective but here goes. On my two previous bike (Road King and Street Glide) I have V&H pipes. Any reason NOT to go with them on the FB?
Welcome to The Fat Side. I have a quick disconnect backrest on my 08 and moved my back signals. I have since heard that you can shave down the brackets so that they don't interfere.

V&H pipes are great on a Fatboy. You just have to decide which look/sound/performance you like.

Sounds good, I'll advise my findings. So far my the biggest issue is no where to carry anything. Not even room to run to the store for a carton of Blue Bell ice cream.

And of course......
Ideally I want to go with the quick release. That way, when it's just me, I can take the seat off. Which will be most of the time.
