Need help with springer front end!
1990 fxsts. I am looking to lower my front fender on my springer and not sure whats going on. The studs that that the fender mounts to are not the same length from one side to the other. Looking at the bike the spacing is longer on the right side(left when sitting on the bike). So I guess my question is whether it is supposed to be like this? If it is then what is wrong with my wheel? It does not sit center with the front fender. I want to build some brackets to sit the front fender way down but I will have to build offset brackets and it will look funny. Any info or pictures would be great.
