So I got the la chopper cable kit, which is Barnett cables, and decided to use a clamp to hold them tight to the bars. Well the clamp knocked the clutch cable really bad, like big holes bad, so I found a tip to cover it will clear heat shrink. So I did. And it looks like ****.
So I am going to just order a new clutch cable but need the length. Any one know how long the clutch cable is in the la chopper 15"-17" ape kit is?
Thanks in advance. I'd measure but its on the bike currently and I don't trust my ability to measure.
Well, I went +6 for my LA Choppers 14"s on my Heritage. I also wanted to clamp to the bars, but the +6 is too long for that. It doesn't look bad, just can't follow the bar. Its easily to long by 2 if not 3 inches. My point being that you could probably use +6 and be good. You could call Barnett direct. I did, for my Throttle & Idle. Their gonna Charge you full price, though. Find your cable # and search the internet for a better price.
