Went for a 300 mile yesterday,but sitting at a steady 80mph im getting about 75 miles to a tank full doesnt seem a lot,should i be getting more to a tank full?

That's only around 15 mpg(5 gallon tank) I would think so even with the speed. what model bike?

I have to believe somethings wrong. I get about 42 mpg on my 103 fatboy (injected).

Lol, must be dumping gas out the exhaust. Seriously though, something is really wrong if your getting about 15-20 MPG.

Wouldn't light a match near your exhaust if I were you! I would expect 35-40 MPG.

Fill her up to the top, write down the odometer reading,take a long ride when you have to stop for gas fill her up to the top again anddivide miles by gallons and you will have MPG, you guys use liters and kilometersright so you may need to do some conversions. Once you know exactly what youare getting you will know if you have a problem. My 01 Dyna used to get 42 MPG at 80MPH

Ok its not leaking petrol anywhere,what should i get to a tank full?

that depends, mine has a 5 gallon tank and I go to reserve at about 4 gallons so 4 gallons X 40 MPG = 160 miles

I would pull the plugs and have a look. I bet they are all manner of black, and probably wet. That is either the richest running bike ever, or you have a leak.
