Default Replace Heritage Handlebars

Has anyone replaced their Heritage handlebars with handlebars and risers from a Deluxe? If so, did you need to replace and cables, etc?

I purchased a set of Deluxe handlebars and risers for my wife's Heritage. I also got the cables, minus the brake line, because I was told by the dealer that the stock cables and brake lines are too long.

Stock cables are pretty long, but the Deluxe has those 4" risers and bullhorn handlebars. You might give it a try first. I had one sorter set and these BBars and no problems with excess. A bit short on the brake cable with the current bars.

I replaced my Heritage risers with Deluxe risers and left the Heritage bars on and it made a big difference. The stock cables work fine. I even had the mechanic at the local Harley shop look at it to make sure it was ok.
