Just finishing installing chrome switch caps. Previous owner had cross threaded the bolts in the clutch bracket, took me 2 hours to complete this little job. Pretty happy with the finished look, although i may want some chrome grips now.
Looks real good. Put mine on about 2 years ago. Got a set of Hot Toppers some time back, found it had 4 that just fit in the top of the handlebar screws, made for a great look along with the switch caps.
I have a bike I bought new (not HD) that I was installing a K&N filter this winter. The air box had two screws holding the lid on. One was hard to turn. When I got it out it was obvious that it had been cross threaded during installation. I hate finding other folks screw ups whether it is new or used.
