Talk to your Indy, since you have had your exhaust ports done the crush gaskets could decrease your port size and thereby nullify what you paid all that money for. That's why the SE gaskets were invented.
Allot of us haven't had head work though so it wouldn't really matter for us. If you already have the SE gaskets maybe you could give them a try. Im sure 10's of thousands of people have used them with good results and CVO's probably come stock with them.
