I got my 2001 fatboy with ~26k for around 10k or a little less - that was at a HD dealership too... Helrazor is right - dont settle. I may have gotten a little more miles than I wanted on the bike, but... That's exactly the bike I was looking for :-)
Dude, I think you can do way better. I actually started to do a quick craigslist search to give you some more options in your area, but damn-- people want a lot of $$ for bikes down there. Must be a Bay Area thing?

Dang that's a ton of miles!!!!! Over 100k - even with some of the extras it is not worth the money. People think they can just add the retail value of the accessories to the bike.... It doesn't work like that... Sadly.
Yeah not bad at all! Again pretty high mileage but definitely more reasonable.... More accessories that you would want to get if you're riding 2up.... :-) and that can get kind of pricy! As long as you like it and don't see too much stuff you want to change right away - take it for a spin.
