I currently have an 06 FLHTI but I have a coworker who just picked up a softail springer and was inquiring about a windshield for it. It's not the Heritage springer but the skinny front wheel version as he put it. I figured I would ask the experts since the touring forum family has been extremely helpful with my questions and I'm sure the softail family is just as friendly. Thanks for the help and if you have any pics of your shield mounted that would definately help. He was asking about a quick detach model but I wasn't sure if one existed.

Well I decided to check the 07 parts catalog and found a shield to fit the springer. I also went to my hd shop in Wilkesboro to pick up some parts for my bagger and also asked about the shield. One of the salesman has a springer and is using the chopped shield on his. Thanks

I had the quick release tinted windshield put on my 07softail springer. I really like it for long highway trips but can take it off for around town fooling around.
