Default Pipe choices

I am looking to purchase a set of new pipes for my 2009 deluxe, taking into consideration that I would like to add hard bags in the future, I am limited to exhaust that extend to the end of the bike? I like the radius styles, how much heat is the passenger going to get with those, they all seem to end very closely to the rear peg. Thanks for your advice.

I am running Python Staggered Duals on my Deuce. They sound great and you should be able to use them with bags no problem.

Noise will be a bigger issue than heat for your passenger if you go with shorter pipes.
