Im looking for a luggage bag for my sissy bar for longer trips. But I have a detatchable sissy bar that is slanted towards the rear. I was wondering, will any bag fit on my sissy bar or do I need to look for a specific kind. Also, how do you keep the bag from rubbing on the fender?

If you're riding solo, you can put the bag on the front of the sissy bar and set it on the passenger pillion. That's cool cause you can lean back on it.
If you hang it off the back of the sissy bar, you can kinda arrange it so it's setting top of the license plate sometimes, but it's best to have a luggage rack under it.
Harley has a pretty good lineup especially for smaller bags. Gran Touring or something like that is what I use for longer but can't remember the manufacturer. If you have a rack outback, you can use anything you can strap on.

I've been experimenting with this. The jury is still out, but if I can make it look cleaner this might be my solution.

You mod it a little by snipping some of the rivets off the hatchet holder in front. That then serves as the insert to hold it against your sissybar. There is also some fasteners below where you can run the ties that come with the bag as a second fastener to the sissy bar. The ties that run up the bag are also useful to tie it down. Finally, I used a leather strap to secure the top handle to the top of the sissy bar.
Everything comes off an on in a minute or less. No rack needed. Will hang off the back for two-up without coming anywhere near your fender and scratching it.
I have used it a few times on my work commute. I put my gym shoes and clothes in it for after work.
I have one on order from Carroll (307B). I have not gotten it yet so I cannot comment on how it works. FWIW, I ordered it from the Sportsman's Guide for less than I could get it from Carroll or Amazon.
