As far as HD and softail.....those are the only swingarms that HD made that will fit that rear wheel. Then the spacers would be the same and the belt will line up for pulley.
I may be mistaken, but I think that HD swingarm will only fit the frames it was designed to go with, not just any softail frame. I think the pivot supports are farther apart on that frame, to take the increased width of the swingarm while still keeping the whole assembly strong and rigid.
I had a close look at the Rocker swingarm yesterday and took some quick measurements. Warp Factor is absolutely correct. The swingarm will not fit a standard softail frame. Looks like I'll have to list it for sale. It's a shame too, because it's brand new. I guess I'll have to look into one of the aftermarket companies.
Today was the first of several steps to completing the project. I had to made a sleeve and a few bushings to convert the front .750" front axle to work in the 25mm bearings that the new wheel uses. I could not use the stock fender, so I'll go fenderless for a while. Maybe get a fender from a crossbones later.
I really like the way it looks and is centered in the fork the what I think it ought to be rather than to one side like a springer comes from the factory.
