FXSTC Bobtail Rack
I noticed the 2007 FXSTC does not have screw at rear of seat that the Bob Tail Rack uses to mount. It has a cover over a hole. How hard is it to mount the Rack, what do you have to do? Once mounted, do you have to remove the rear seat to get the rack off (like for cleaning)? The part number I am looking for is 53979-07

It would be too much of a PITA to take off just for cleaning. I had to drill two holes in the ledge just below the tailight and add two nuts and bolts to mount it there.
