power vision tuner
hey guys, I think Im going to pull the trigger on a power vision. emailed jamie at fuel moto and am waiting a reply. anyone have this yet? I plan on doing the 98" kit in future and thought I might as well go with their tuner also. For those that have it did u notice a difference in bike?
From all that I have read about it (a LOT actually), it seems to be about the best tuner on the market in terms of cost vs. performance and ease of use - kinda the Macintosh of the tuner world. I have yet to see a bad review. Wish they made their software for Mac, tho. If it weren't for that, I'd probably have one already...
I put one on my Softail this winter with the AutoTune feature. I could tell a huge difference after the first tuning session. I will definitely buy it again for my next bike.
I had some de-acceleration pop. Adjusted the de-accel enleanment by 10% on the fly and it disappeared. It is a wonderful tool.

True, but I don't like "defiling" my Macs by running emulators and partitions (Bootcamp) for Windows. I have a separate netbook for running Windows software when certain companies don't see their way clear to make Cocoa (native) versions of their software for OS X. Would like to see some of these tuner manufacturers start making stuff to run natively on Mac or even iOS, since a lot more people are using them now...

I'm with you on that but unfortunately I don't think it will happen any time soon. As far as iOS compatible software (or android) i'd love for that to come about. I know I use my phone for damn near everthing not work related and would love to see some compatibility with tuning software.
+1 on that. Emailed Fuel Motto and they sent me a new map that eliminated the decal pop. One of these days I'm going to do an auto tune.
