Default BR's Custom Bars work backlog???

They quoted 8 weeks for delivery, which is long to begin with. It's been 10 and they haven't even shipped yet. They're not answering the phone, don't answer emails in a timely manner, and the answering machine is full....customer service is slacking despite the rave reviews.

Anyone else having issues with BR?

I waited about 3 months for my custom beach bars. But , I must say customer service communication and the finished product were all top notch. Bill (and I think) her name was Tracy were great to work with. Bill welded in my Exile internal throttle and made everything to my specs no problem. Nothing but good things from me about BR.

I've known Billy for years. He lives three miles from me.
Trust me, the guy is working his *** off to make bars. Every time I see him, he's dragging ***. Although it's not easy to hear, be patient. It'll be worth the wait.

I took almost a year to get my bars... The price of being a friend.

Mine were about 8 weeks. Be patient. I've found that everything custom is a bit of a wait but well worth it once you have it installed. Hang in there.
