I'm planning to add a rocker to my stable to go along with my dyna
This is a used 2008 rocker C which has 9000miles on it as I type this.
The bike is also a 2nd owner & if I buy it i'll be the third owner...
The bike is cosmetically & mechanically in top notch condition.
Having said that will it be a minus if I become the 3rd owner of the bike?

Typically how much a rocker of this specification will be worth.

The seller wants 14000 for it, is this a reasonable price when I see rockers that has heartland conversion sells on ebay for 15-16k

Is that a pic of the actual bike? Have you seen it in person? Not sure why the owner would have a suction cup passenger seat without a heartland kit. You can't have a passenger just sit on the stock fender.
